GRP’s County Group adds Archenfield to its Wales portfolio
County Group, GRP's North West broking hub has acquired 100% of the share capital of Wales brokerage Archenfield Insurance Management (Archenfield).
Archenfield operates out of offices in Monmouth and Cardiff Bay. It was founded over 25 years ago and writes a mix of commercial and personal lines insurance. Archenfield will continue to operate from its current locations following completion, and MD Francis Walsh will remain at the head of the business.
